📋 Summary
Allow games in Big Box to support multiple videos with a defined playback order, enabling users to show different types of video content such as commercials, trailers, and gameplay.
❗ Problem
Games currently support a single primary video, which limits how video media can be presented.
For example:
Users may want to show a game commercial or trailer first
Followed by gameplay footage from sources like EmuMovies
There is currently no way to control this sequence
As a result, users must choose one video type or manually replace files.
💡 Proposal
Introduce support for video playlists per game:
Allow multiple videos to be associated with a game
Enable users to define playback order (e.g., commercial → gameplay)
Add simple ordering controls in the media management interface
Example playback flow:
Game commercial or trailer
Gameplay footage
Optional additional clips (reviews, attract footage, etc.)
📦 Benefits
Enhances presentation when browsing games in Big Box
Allows multiple types of video content to coexist
Creates a more engaging and authentic “attract mode” style experience
💡 Notes
Should remain compatible with existing single video setups
Themes could optionally choose whether to play the first video or cycle through the playlist
Could reuse existing video media categories where possible
