Run Scripts before / after emulator start, on an emulator level

I think it would be beneficial to be able to execute code before an emulator start / stop, on an emulator level. I know there is workarounds, but those usually lack a complete overview in the LB UI (e.g. running an AHK instead of the actual emulator, and handle everything in there - beats the purpose of having this nice UI in the first place).

Additional Apps exists, but is on a game basis. Therefore as soon as you e.g. add new games and forget to add those scripts there as well, you have an inconsistent behavior across your playlist. It’s much more desirable to have a single entry point for this.

It should be an easy task to have AHK fields that run code before the execution of the emulator, as well as after the emulator has stopped.

Therefore making it a lot easier to prepare e.g. configs before start, or clean-up running binaries after stopping.
