Introduce a more structured and intuitive layout to the Tools menu. One community member recently shared a thoughtful example on our forums, breaking the menu into cleaner, contextual groups such as:

• 🎮 Collection – Import, Add Game, Achievements, Audit

• 🧠 Metadata & Media – Metadata updates, image packs, community ratings

• 🧩 Emulators & Scripts – Emulator management, plugins, AutoHotKey

• 🛠️ Tools – Scan, file operations, cloud sync

• ⚙️ Settings & Help – Options, support, tutorials

• 🖥️ View – Filters, sorting, layout options
