Add support for CHDs created with ‘createdvd’ method in RAHasher

Some users have noticed that CHDs created using the createdvd method (often used for PSP and DVD-based games) aren’t currently detected by LaunchBox’s RetroAchievements (cheevo) scan.

At present, this is a limitation of the RAHasher tool, which LaunchBox relies on to validate and match ROMs. RAHasher does not yet support the newer CHD DVD format (createdvd), and only recognizes CHDs made with the createcd method.
