Add the ability to export the results of the Clean Up Media tool to a text file, allowing users to review and make edits without needing to keep the tool open.
Currently, the Clean Up Media window:
Cannot be minimized or left open while making changes.
Requires the user to close the window and rerun the scan after making adjustments (e.g., correcting filenames or relinking media).
Makes it difficult to manage large collections where some files are flagged as unused due to minor naming inconsistencies (like manuals or videos with variant names).
Add an “Export to Text File” option within the Clean Up Media window. This export would include:
A list of all flagged unused files
Their file paths
Associated platform and media type (if known)
Optional additions:
Export formats: .txt or .csv
Include checkboxes or comments for user notes (if re-imported)
Allows users to review and clean up manually without rerunning the tool
Simplifies identification of media with mismatched names that may still be useful
Saves time for users managing large or highly customized libraries
Improves workflow for advanced users correcting metadata or media file associations
