Silent Launch of LaunchBox on Windows Startup (Minimized to Tray)

Summary:

Add an option for LaunchBox to start automatically with Windows and launch silently, minimized to the system tray—just like other popular game launchers such as Steam, EA App, or Epic Games Launcher 🖥️🕹️.

Problem:

Currently, if you want LaunchBox ready at startup, it opens in full view, which can be intrusive—especially if you’re not ready to use it immediately. Many users prefer to have their game management tools quietly running in the background so they’re instantly available when needed, without cluttering the desktop or requiring manual minimization.

Proposal:

Introduce a startup setting that allows LaunchBox to launch on boot silently, with the window minimized to the system tray. From there, users can open it on demand or proceed with launching games directly.
