Don't Restart MP3/Video When Switching From Playlist to Detail Screen

While scrolling through a Playlist of games, if you stop on a game that starts playing either a MP3 or video, if you then click to go to the Details screen, the same MP3 or video starts playing again. It would be great if when transitioning between these screens, that the playing media would be one continous play.
