Add Built-in ROM Patching Support

📋Summary

Introduce a built-in ROM patching tool within LaunchBox, allowing users to easily apply patches like IPS, BPS, and XDelta to their ROM files directly through the app—without needing external programs.

❗Problem

Currently, patching ROMs for hacks, translations, or updates requires using third-party tools like Lunar IPS or Floating IPS. This adds extra steps and complexity for users who simply want to play modified versions of games. It also increases the risk of mistakes like patching the wrong file or overwriting originals without backups.

💡Proposal

• Add a “Patch ROM” option accessible when importing or editing a game

• Support common patch formats: IPS, BPS, and XDelta

• Allow users to select the source ROM and patch file, apply the patch, and optionally back up the original ROM

• Option to save the patched ROM as a new file or overwrite the existing ROM (based on user preference)

• Provide clear success/failure messages after patching
