Add Decimal Precision to Star Rating Sorting

Summary:

Improve the “Sort by Star Rating” option by using decimal precision instead of rounding to whole stars ⭐.

Problem:

Currently, games with very different ratings—like 3.8 and 4.8—are grouped together under the same star category. This limits the usefulness of sorting by rating, especially for users trying to surface top-rated titles.

Proposal:

Allow sorting by the exact star rating (e.g., 4.3 vs. 4.8) instead of grouping by whole stars. Alternatively, remove grouping entirely and sort by the raw community rating value, with an optional minimum number of ratings (e.g., 5+) to ensure reliability.

Benefit:

Enables more accurate sorting and better discovery of top-rated games based on actual user feedback 📊.
