Add Playtime as a Filter Option for Auto Playlists

📋 Summary

Currently, LaunchBox does not allow users to use playtime as a filter when creating auto-populated playlists. This request proposes adding playtime-based filtering criteria.

🎯 Feature Overview

• Add support for filters such as:

  • “Playtime is greater than X minutes/hours”

  • “Playtime is less than X”

  • “Playtime is between X and Y”

• Available in the auto playlist creation UI alongside existing filters like genre, platform, and status.

• Create a playlist called “Games I’ve Played for 10+ Hours”

• Create a “Quick Games” playlist for titles with playtime under 1 hour
